651 Hudson is the future for sanatorium design and is crucial infrastructure in the fight against future pandemics. The goal of this development is to provide aid during times of need without becoming redundant when life is back to normal.

This development has an emphasis on healing through connection to nature and providing people with a sense of community within the space. Each program can operate independently during times of normality but when a pandemic is present, can consolidate into a sanatorium.
