In light of Australia's rich history of civic brutalism, and in response to the sale of Sydneys Sirius building, this project aims to reignite the conversation around quality public housing and its accompanying civic space.

- tell them they're dreaming -

Surreal or dreamlike animations untether the building from its physical context and bring the proposals core values into focus. Meaningful investment in civic structures and nurturing communities of creative practice in these spaces.

The animations are to be viewed from a stool designed in conjunction with the building, where you can engage with the proposed buildings forms + materiality. Accompanying this is a booklet containing the buildings technical information.
